As Manager of Postal Strategies and Logistics for Data-Mail, Inc., Rose Flanagan’s role is to plan, implement, and manage postal programs and initiatives to reduce postage costs and achieve reliable postal delivery. She also implements USPS programs, assists in participation of USPS Promotions, guides understanding of USPS rules and regulations or any other postal updates both internally and with Data-Mail’s clients.

Rose has over 40 years of experience in the mailing industry working in postal affairs, production, scheduling, client relations, and logistics. Although employed in mailing operations she has actively participated in software and print conferences which enhanced her ability to seamlessly integrate postal requirements early in the production process.

As an active industry participant Rose currently represents the Delivery Technology Advocacy Council (DTAC) on the Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) serving as Focus Leader for Mail Entry, Payment and Products, serves as Vice Chairman on the board of the Association for Postal Commerce (PostCom), serves on the board of DTAC, represents Data-Mail on the National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM) and speaks at postal and industry events.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Postal Service today announced its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 (Oct. 1, 2025 - Dec. 31, 2025).
