CHICAGO, IL — The Downtown Chicago Post Office at 433 W. Harrison Street will be closed to the public from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 13 for routine general maintenance involving a mandatory switchgear process. We are planning to resume normal operations at 2 p.m. contingent upon completion of the repair. While the switchgear maintenance is performed, many areas of the building will be without power for approximately 8 hours.
